Luetta

Owner, Manager, Stylist

Luetta has been in the industry for over 35 years, and has been the owner of Hats Off a Vous Salon for more than 26 years. She believes in creating a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere so that you feel welcome and at home.

Kay

Manager, Stylist

Kay graduated from Empire Beauty School in 1982 and has been with our salon since it first started in 1988. She specializes in foiling, cutting, and styling.

Ashley

Stylist

My name is Ashley, and I have had the privilege of working at Hats Off since 2004. I am deeply passionate about every aspect of the hair artistry, with a particular love for color work that enhances natural beauty and personal style. My goal is to create a refined, personalized experience for each guest who sits in my chair. I would be honored to welcome you and help bring your vision to life.

Ron

Stylist, In-Salon Educator

Ron worked as an educator for Goldwell and KMS California for 12 years. He was also the brand manager for KMS for two years. He believes that working with healthy hair gives the best results and recommends low-maintenance cut and color options during initial consultations.

Sapphira

Stylist

Sapphira loves to make people look beautiful! She has undergone training from Goldwell educators and has worked with them for hair shows in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She also braided hair for three years at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Fair. She's passionate about doing hair colors, highlights, trims, brand new hairstyles, updos, and much more!

Kim

Stylist

Ask Kim, and she'll tell you that she has the best job in the world! She'll go out of her way to get to know you and will guarantee that you're getting what you want. She specializes in color, cutting, ethnic hair, and formal hair styling, but loves all the aspects of the beauty industry.

Sophia

Stylist

Sophia has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years. Her heart is

to care for people, so making you look and feel great is her mission. She

loves all aspects of doing hair, particularly haircuts, dimensional color,

and curls. She has naturally curly hair herself, so she is passionate about

educating her curly-haired clients on how to achieve their “best hair day!”

She also loves special occasion styling! Sophia can’t wait to meet you!

Kelly

Stylist

Kelly has been a hairstylist for 35 years. In addition to providing hairstyling services at Hats Off a Vous Salon, she works as a part-time instructor for Lancaster School of Cosmetology. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, visiting the beach, and spending time with friends and family. This married empty nester with a grown son loves helping people feel great about their hair and hair color.
